Key responsibilities
- Analyze business questions and operational challenges to develop actionable insights and resource planning
- Prepare financial reports and support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in the administration of financial and operational tools
Required qualifications
- Five or more years of relevant experience in business analysis, operations analysis, or financial planning
- Demonstrated ability to connect operational findings to financial decisions
- Strong foundation in financial analysis and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working with ERP systems and creating performance reports or dashboards
- Ability to manage projects independently and adapt to shifting priorities
