Finance and Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a fast-growing consumer brand, the full-time Head of Finance & Operations will own the financial model and operations processes, ensuring robust cash flow management and efficient inventory planning while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the financial model, including monthly P&L, cash-flow forecasting, and budgeting
• Oversee inventory planning and supplier relationships to optimize stock levels and fulfillment costs
• Establish finance and operations SOPs to ensure scalable documentation and controls

Required qualifications

• Prior experience at a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce brand
• Demonstrated ability to build and own a financial model for a consumer brand
• Hands-on operations experience with inventory cycles, purchase orders, and 3PLs
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheet analysis and data-driven decision-making
• Self-directed and able to operate effectively in a small team environment
