Finance Associate
Job Summary
Managing purchase orders and supplier relationships, the full-time remote Finance Associate will create and manage R&D project-related POs, facilitate vendor inclusion, and process invoices using SAP systems.
Key responsibilities
- Create, issue, and manage R&D or project-related Purchase Orders (POs) within SAP Ariba and SAP ECC/S4 HANA systems
- Facilitate new vendor inclusion and resolve PO exceptions, updating payment terms as necessary
- Process Ariba invoices and input SAP data from invoices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in procurement operations, vendor management, or project coordination
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and SAP ERP systems
- Familiarity with purchasing processes and supply chain logistics
