Finance Associate Director

Job Summary

As a senior member of the Specialty & Home Delivery Pharmacy FP&A team, the remote Finance Associate Director will manage strategic financial leadership, oversee business planning initiatives, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, ensuring accurate forecasting and insightful analytics in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead volume forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes to align with business objectives
• Develop and oversee business planning initiatives, conducting ad-hoc analyses for strategic decision-making
• Serve as a financial advisor, influencing executive decisions through data-driven insights and maintaining stakeholder alignment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 7+ years of relevant finance experience, including 1+ years in FP&A or P&L ownership
• Proven strong analytical skills and experience in creating executive-ready financial narratives
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading and developing teams in a matrixed environment
