Finance Associate Director
Job Summary
Serving as a strategic finance partner, the full-time salaried Finance Associate Director will support capital investment planning and financial performance management, working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. while leading comprehensive financial analyses and executive storytelling.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) development and ensure alignment of capital investments with strategic goals
- Drive integrated financial planning across capital, operating expenses, and revenue components, including annual forecasts and variance analysis
- Prepare and synthesize financial governance materials for leadership forums, translating complex data into actionable insights
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or business partnering
- Demonstrated experience in leading Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) and financial modeling
- Experience in integrated financial planning and preparing materials for governance forums
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience in enterprise financial systems
