Finance Business Partner
Job Summary
Serving as a strategic financial advisor, the part-time Finance Business Partner will provide financial analysis, budgeting support, and operational insights to leadership while working remotely for 20 hours a week during business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to evaluate financial performance and resource utilization
- Analyze staffing, labor productivity, and expense trends to identify cost reduction and revenue enhancement opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred
- CPA or CHFP certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance FP&A or healthcare finance experience
- Experience within a health system or hospital setting preferred
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
