Finance Business Partner

Job Summary

Serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders, the full-time Finance Business Partner will manage financial planning and analysis, oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, and build financial models while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for assigned departments
• Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and strategic initiatives
• Serve as the primary finance contact for operational departments, translating financial data into actionable insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a finance business partner role
• Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial audiences
