Finance Business Partner
Job Summary
Building and sustaining strong strategic partnerships, the full-time Finance Business Partner will provide financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and decision support for two specialty product lines, working remotely or from the Charlotte, NC office.
Key Responsibilities
- Own financial forecasts, business outlooks, annual budgets, and recurring planning activities for two Specialty product lines
- Establish practical budgeting processes and a consistent financial management cadence aligned with the business's operating rhythm
- Provide financial analysis, performance insights, and decision support to help leaders understand results, risks, and opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
- 7 - 10 years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance required
- Advanced financial planning and analysis expertise
- CPA, CFA, FPAC, MBA, or related finance certification preferred
- Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
