Finance Business Partner

Job Summary

To support the Academic/GFN segment and Sales and Marketing teams, the full-time Finance Business Partner will manage monthly financial reporting, validate revenue and ARR against sales activity, and lead forecasting and budgeting efforts in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Review monthly financial accounts, providing commentary and accountability for business actions
• Validate reported revenue and ARR by collaborating with business leaders and understanding sales activities
• Lead forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring clarity in business changes and accurate segment allocations

Required qualifications

• Finance business partnering experience in both cost and revenue areas
• Professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or CPA) or 5+ years of relevant experience
• Sound understanding of ARR, sales processes, and revenue recognition principles
• Strong modeling and analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from granular data
• Experience delivering budgets and forecasts for specific business areas on time and to target
