Job Summary
Providing centralized financial support and expertise, the full-time Finance Business Partner, Shared Services will manage financial oversight, workflow priorities, and strategic initiatives while collaborating with leadership in a hybrid or remote work arrangement.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing the centralized financial oversight of shared services areas, including budget monitoring and project status
- Develop analytical insights and support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and business case development
- Lead and support complex cross-functional initiatives, ensuring successful planning, execution, and communication of project outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
- Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred
- Seven or more years of related experience in healthcare finance, accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Experience supporting operational and strategic decision-making within a healthcare organization is preferred
