Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Manager, Finance Business Partner will lead the annual operating plan, develop financial models, and provide strategic insights to enhance decision-making for senior leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead annual operating plans, forecasts, and monthly outlooks while translating operational strategies into financial targets
- Build driver-based models linking customer demand to staffing capacity, optimizing key financial metrics such as COGS and Gross Margin
- Establish KPIs for partnered functions and produce executive-ready financial analyses and recommendations
Required qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in FP&A/Finance, with 2-3+ years supporting Executive leadership
- Demonstrated experience in driver-based forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong understanding of service-ops metrics and FinOps/cloud cost concepts
- Proficiency in Excel, EPM tools (Adaptive/Anaplan), and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau); SQL familiarity is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus
