Finance Co-Pilot Manager

Job Summary

As a trusted business partner for the Global Holistic Health business, the full-time remote Finance Co-Pilot Manager will manage Logistics and Procurement Finance support, driving cost efficiency and financial integrity across the supply chain P&L while providing strategic financial guidance and insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Procurement leaders to provide financial insights and analysis
• Lead financial analysis and reporting for distribution costs, procurement PPV, and waste, identifying opportunities for cost reduction
• Support Monthly Business Planning (MBP) processes and develop deliverables for Market Business Strategy (MBS) related to logistics and procurement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; MBA or professional certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably in Supply Chain or Procurement functions
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with knowledge of cost accounting methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial systems such as SAP or Oracle preferred
