Finance Controller
Job Summary
Supporting the rapidly growing Virtual Factory Operations, the full-time remote Plant Business Finance Controller will manage financial performance, reporting, and control for manufacturing operations while collaborating with leadership to drive profitable growth and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Own financial performance and reporting for Virtual Factory operations, including end-to-end P&L management
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to drive operational improvements and support financial planning and forecasting activities
- Analyze business performance, identify gaps, and develop actionable plans for investment strategies and cost optimization
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controllership, or Financial Analysis
- Prior experience with Oracle ERP strongly preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting principles
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities
