Finance Data Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a mid-level Finance Data Analyst for a full-time remote position who will build and maintain financial forecasts, manage P&L reporting, and ensure data integrity through reconciliation and analysis of revenue discrepancies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial forecasts for revenue, orders, and expenses, tracking variances against actuals
• Manage P&L reporting and analyze unit economics, supporting month-end close and variance reporting
• Lead reconciliation investigations for revenue discrepancies and document business logic behind financial metrics

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of data analysis experience, ideally in finance
• Hands-on experience with financial forecasting using SQL, spreadsheets, or BI tools
• Proven experience in DTC e-commerce, familiar with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Stripe data
• Strong proficiency in Snowflake (SQL) and Sigma, with advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Competency in data transformation tools like KNIME or dbt, or experience with Alteryx or Python
