Finance Data Analytics Executive

Job Summary

Leading the evolution of financial and business analytics, the full-time remote Vice President, Finance Data & Analytics will set the vision for data integration and automation, build a high-performing team, and partner with various departments to enhance decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Set the multi-year strategy for Finance Data & Analytics, aligning it with the company's strategic priorities
• Serve as a strategic partner to connect financial and operational data, providing insights and recommendations to senior leaders
• Build and modernize management reporting and business intelligence tools, including dashboards and self-service analytics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred
• 12-15+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, data analytics, or business intelligence with significant leadership experience
• Strong financial acumen with a demonstrated understanding of forecasting, planning, and performance management
• Proven experience leading data and analytics transformations and building high-performing teams
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce and experience in integrating financial and operational data
