Finance Director

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Finance Director, this role will manage all financial operations for a PE-backed SaaS company, including accounting, FP&A, cash management, and M&A support while collaborating closely with the executive team and Board.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and planning, focusing on capital allocation and risk management
• Oversee the financial integration of Curvo and BroadJump, ensuring unified reporting and revenue recognition
• Manage the finance tech stack, including QuickBooks and billing systems, while building standardized policies and controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Significant finance leadership experience in senior FP&A or finance operations roles, ideally in high-growth technology companies
• Deep expertise in SaaS and subscription revenue models, with experience in healthcare economics
• Hands-on M&A experience, including due diligence and post-close integration
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Bill.com, and revenue recognition platforms like Maxio
