Finance Director

Job Summary

Leading financial planning and management reporting processes, the full-time Finance Director will design budgeting cycles, deliver actionable insights, and partner with senior leadership in a remote environment to drive strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan process and quarterly reforecast cycles, presenting results to executive leadership
• Develop and maintain financial projections to support timely decision-making across the organization
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and present findings with recommendations to functional leaders

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Business Unit FP&A or related financial planning roles within a SaaS environment
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis, including advanced Excel skills
• Solid understanding of financial statement analysis and US GAAP principles
• Experience preparing management and Board-level reporting packages
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines while ensuring data accuracy in a fast-paced environment
