Finance Director

Job Summary

To oversee financial functions for over 30 clients in the GWS Retail Multi-Site sector, the full-time salaried Finance Director will manage month-end financials, client operating profit, and improve financial processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision and development for staff, including performance evaluations and coaching
• Plan and execute budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes while managing departmental priorities
• Oversee the preparation of financial reporting results and support business initiatives with the Operations team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management
• Strong leadership skills to manage targets impacting multiple departments
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Advanced math skills for financial calculations
