Finance Director
Job Summary
To support the Growth Office's financial foundation, the full-time remote Finance Director will manage cross-BU process integration, business partnership, workforce analytics, and FP&A while collaborating with various finance teams and the Sales COE.
Key Responsibilities
- Align financial processes and reporting across finance teams and the Sales COE
- Serve as the financial partner for GO leadership, providing insights and support for strategic account performance
- Build and maintain sales pipeline analytics and support forecasting and budgeting cycles
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5-7 years of progressive finance experience with strengths in FP&A and business partnering
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
- Experience with sales analytics and financial modeling; advanced proficiency in Excel required
- Clear communicator capable of translating complex data for non-finance audiences
