Finance Director
Job Summary
As a strategic financial leader, the full-time remote Finance Director will manage financial performance and decision-making processes while building and leading a high-performing FP&A team, acting as a key advisor to business executives.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the financial liaison for Business Unit Executives and Product Line owners, providing strategic financial advice
- Own financial processes including variance reporting, annual planning, and monthly reforecasting
- Translate complex financial data into executive-ready analysis and dashboards for stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in FP&A roles
- 5 years of direct management experience, including staff training and evaluation
- Strong accounting skills and a consistent work ethic
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
