Finance Director
Job Summary
Leading day-to-day financial operations, the full-time Head of Finance will manage a hybrid team, oversee financial reporting, cash flow management, and compliance, while working closely with the CFO and Founder in a contract role with potential for extension.
Key responsibilities
- Direct the finance team in delivering financial operations and reporting
- Lead business modeling, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting processes
- Prepare and present monthly consolidated financial positions to the CFO and Founder
Required qualifications
- CCAB qualified or equivalent professional accountancy qualification
- At least 8 years of post-qualification experience in senior finance roles
- Proven track record of leading and managing finance teams
- Strong technical knowledge in management accounts, statutory reporting, and cash flow management
- Advanced Excel skills
