Finance Director

Job Summary

To build a robust financial foundation for scaling beyond $100M ARR, the full-time Head of Finance will manage all financial operations, including bookkeeping, forecasting, and investor reporting, while collaborating closely with the CEO and Operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including bookkeeping, payroll accounting, and reconciliations
• Develop and maintain long-term financial models and rolling forecasts to guide strategic decisions
• Deliver quarterly investor updates and board reporting packages while implementing scalable financial systems

Required qualifications

• Significant experience managing finance end-to-end in an early-stage or growth-stage technology company
• Proficiency in GAAP, accrual accounting, FP&A, and SaaS metrics
• Experience building financial models for board-level decision-making
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and establish structure from the ground up
