Finance Director

Job Summary

Overseeing all financial operations, the full-time remote Director of Finance will manage the finance team, drive financial planning and analysis, and ensure compliance with financial regulations while supporting strategic decision-making in the technology and blockchain industry.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, including the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Lead the budgeting process and monitor budget performance to implement corrective actions as necessary
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and develop long-term financial strategies in partnership with the executive team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in the technology or blockchain industry is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and financial modeling
