Finance Director
Job Summary
To support the Finance team in a full-time remote capacity, the Director of Finance will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis while serving as a business partner to cross-functional teams within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads to align financial plans with organizational objectives
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing monthly results and initiating corrective actions to minimize budget variances
- Function as the primary business partner for specific groups regarding financial matters and recommend enhancements to financial planning processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of accounting/finance experience, with prior supervisory experience recommended
- Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems, particularly NetSuite and SAP
- Experience in the biopharma industry preferred
- MBA or CPA preferred
