Job Summary

Leading the finance disciplines for a regulated stablecoin infrastructure company, the full-time Head of Finance will manage FP&A, accounting, treasury, and regulatory reporting while building a high-performing finance team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead the finance team, developing hands-on processes across FP&A, accounting, treasury, and regulatory reporting
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and board-level reporting, transforming financial data into strategic narratives for executive leadership
• Oversee accounting operations and controls, ensuring a smooth transition to an in-house, audit-ready close process

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience with hands-on ownership of FP&A and accounting
• Experience in treasury or cash/liquidity management across multiple banking relationships and trading systems
• Proven ability to build and develop high-performing finance teams with clear accountability
• Experience presenting financial information directly to executives, boards, and investors
• Bonus: Familiarity with digital asset or stablecoin accounting and a CPA or MBA is a plus
