Finance Director

Job Summary

Overseeing all financial aspects of a fast-growing marketing business, the full-time remote Finance Director will manage financial reporting, budgeting processes, and internal controls while providing strategic guidance to support business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor bookkeeping, FP&A, and taxation/compliance teams to foster a high-performing environment
• Oversee the budgeting process and ensure timely and accurate financial and investment reporting
• Manage relationships with banks, tax advisories, and external consultants while navigating M&A transactions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or ACCA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience with financial reporting, month-end/year-end processes, and IFRS/GAAP compliance
• Proven track record in financial planning and analysis within a dynamic environment
• Fluent in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
