Finance Director

Job Summary

Leading financial operations for a fast-growing marketing business, the full-time remote Finance Director will manage team leadership, oversee accounting practices, and ensure accurate financial reporting while providing strategic guidance to support business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor bookkeeping, FP&A, and taxation/compliance teams to foster a high-performing environment
• Oversee the budgeting process, including plan/fact analysis and providing recommendations
• Ensure timely and accurate financial and investment reporting for the Group of Companies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or ACCA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience with financial reporting, month-end/year-end processes, and IFRS/GAAP compliance
• Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and management within a dynamic environment
• Fluent in English and able to work collaboratively with a diverse, remote global team
