Job Summary
To provide FP&A leadership and strategic financial partnership, the full-time Finance Director will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while collaborating with senior business leaders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes to align financial plans with business priorities
- Analyze financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing insights for decision-making
- Develop business cases and financial models for strategic initiatives, supporting senior leaders in evaluating investments and opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline required
- 10+ years of progressive corporate finance/FP&A experience, with a focus on complex business organizations
- Previous people leadership or management experience required
- Demonstrated experience with financial planning, forecasting, and executive-level financial analysis
- MBA, CPA, or other relevant advanced qualification preferred
