Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing organization, the full-time remote Director of Finance will lead the accounting team, manage the full finance function including planning, forecasting, and financial reporting, and ensure the integrity of financial operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the accounting team and oversee day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger and financial reporting
- Own the annual planning and forecasting process, delivering contribution margin reports and key performance indicators
- Manage cash flow and capital allocation, ensuring timely audits and compliance with financial regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA preferred
- 10+ years of finance experience, including forecasting and FP&A, in fast-paced or high-growth environments
- Deep corporate accounting expertise with a proven track record of clean financial audits
- Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams effectively
- Expertise in financial modeling and scenario analysis, with proficiency in Excel and experience with QuickBooks and BI tools
