Finance Director and Business Controller
Job Summary
Leading financial performance and reporting for the Fresh Foods Division, the full-time remote Director of Finance and Business Controller will manage financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance while partnering with division leadership to drive profitable growth and operational improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the financial closing process, ensuring timely and compliant reporting in accordance with US GAAP/IFRS
- Serve as a primary financial advisor to segment leadership, translating financial data into actionable business recommendations
- Support the development of monthly forecasts and long-range financial plans, analyzing operating results to identify risks and opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; MBA preferred
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- 7 to 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in manufacturing finance leadership
- Experience as a Controller or Senior Finance Manager, preferably in a multi-site manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to support executive leadership in financial decision-making
