Finance Director - Cyprus

Job Summary

As the Head of Finance - Cyprus, the full-time remote position will manage financial regulatory obligations, oversee financial reporting and compliance, and collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to financial policies and internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Support the drafting and enhancement of financial compliance policies and procedures
• Prepare and submit financial regulatory reports while overseeing monthly and quarterly financial closings
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and auditors in the preparation of Audited Annual Financial Statements

Required qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience with a Bachelor's/Master's in financial analysis, regulatory reporting, or a similar role
• 3-5 years of experience in the fintech or relevant industry
• Expertise in financial analysis and reporting tools, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements
• Experience with MiFID II and associated custodial/safeguarding regulatory requirements
• ACA or other relevant certification preferred
