Job Summary

To advance AI-powered financial reasoning, the full-time remote Finance Domain Researcher will design evaluation frameworks and benchmarks for corporate development and M&A workflows, create realistic test cases, and evaluate AI-generated financial analyses.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and scoring methodologies for AI agents in M&A workflows
• Create realistic test cases covering acquisition screening, valuation, and financial due diligence
• Evaluate AI-generated financial analyses and translate real-world M&A experience into structured datasets

Required qualifications

• Strong professional experience in Corporate Development, M&A, Investment Banking, or Private Equity
• Hands-on experience across the M&A lifecycle, including target screening and due diligence
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and company valuation methods
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field
• Ability to translate complex financial workflows into structured research questions
