Finance Executive

Job Summary

Driving financial and strategic leadership, the full-time remote VP of Finance will oversee the FP&A function, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide key financial insights to support the company's growth and profitability goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and refine the financial model, including scenario-based EBITDA and cash flow models to guide company strategy
• Own financial management processes such as forecasting, budget planning, and performance reporting
• Lead capital and treasury strategy, including managing debt facilities and supporting potential exit or liquidity events

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in finance/accounting
• Deep knowledge of subscription, ecommerce, and CPG industries from a financial perspective
• Direct experience with debt financing, capital raises, or transaction processes such as an exit or M&A
• Undergraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data technology tools
