Finance Functional Lead

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time Finance Functional Lead will manage the Oracle Fusion Financials transformation, serving as the primary functional owner and key point of contact for Finance leadership while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Oracle Fusion Financials, ensuring end-to-end delivery of finance domain initiatives
• Act as the primary point of contact for Finance leadership, translating business requirements into system design and fostering strategic partnerships
• Perform hands-on functional configuration and oversee solution delivery, including testing, training, and compliance with audit standards

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with Finance ERP platforms, particularly Oracle ERP implementation expertise
• Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, including functional configuration and data reporting
• Deep knowledge of core finance and accounting processes, including Record-to-Report and month-end close
• Experience managing offshore MSPs and ensuring quality deliverables in a high-velocity environment
• Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence senior finance leadership
