Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field; Ph.D. preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in finance
- Experience with Claude code/AI tools and proficiency in a programming language such as Python
- Demonstrated deep knowledge and expertise in finance
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate annotation quality and trends
