Finance Manager
Job Summary
To support a data-driven Go-To-Market organization, the full-time remote Finance Manager will manage executive dashboards, develop financial frameworks for Account-Based Marketing, and act as a strategic business partner to enhance revenue growth through analytical insights.
Key responsibilities
- Own the development of executive dashboards and visualizations to provide actionable insights into key performance metrics
- Partner with cross-functional teams to establish KPIs and measurement methodologies for marketing and sales effectiveness
- Build strong relationships with leadership teams to provide financial and analytical guidance during planning and decision-making processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Revenue Finance, GTM Finance, or Business Analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Strong experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with CRM and marketing platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
