Finance Manager

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and highly organized, the full-time remote Finance Manager will lead financial reporting, manage treasury operations, and oversee the company's debt portfolio while ensuring compliance and strategic financial insights for senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for accurate financial statements and management reporting
• Manage treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
• Oversee the company's debt portfolio and negotiate financing terms with banks and financial institutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent designation is an asset
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, treasury, banking, or corporate finance, preferably in a management capacity
• Strong experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting
• Demonstrated experience managing debt facilities and credit arrangements
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with experience using ERP/treasury systems
