Finance Manager

Job Summary

Owning the corporate finance cycle, the full-time remote Finance Manager will manage monthly reporting, forecasting, and planning processes while enhancing operational efficiency through automation and improved tooling.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the monthly reporting cadence, including variance analysis and actionable insights for leadership
• Take full responsibility for the 3-statement operating model and driver-based forecast, adapting it as the business scales
• Lead the annual planning process, developing templates and scenario models that align with strategic priorities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, preferably in a SaaS or usage-based business
• Experience building 3-statement models from scratch and conducting scenario analysis
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and core accounting principles
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, with experience handling large datasets
• Understanding of SaaS metrics and their drivers, with insight into their relevance at various business stages
