Job Summary

As a key financial partner, the full-time remote Finance Manager will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, providing insights that enhance patient care and organizational success.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial analytics and prepare financial statements, ensuring accuracy for management presentation
• Conduct special financial studies and develop recommendations to support financial decision-making
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to identify opportunities for improving financial performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Five years of experience with progressive leadership responsibility
• Experience in financial modeling and analysis
• Proven ability to manage staffing functions, including recruitment and performance evaluation
• No professional license or certification required
