Job Summary
Overseeing the development and daily operations of the Financial Analyst team, the full-time remote Finance Manager will manage financial planning, data analysis, and presentation preparation for senior executives while driving process enhancements and special projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Organize and compile data to create presentations detailing the company's operating performance for senior and Board-level executives
- Assist in driving financial planning and analytics functions related to operating metrics and ad hoc requests from senior executives
- Evaluate department processes and recommend changes based on process analysis to improve productivity
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in Healthcare Finance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Advanced understanding of mathematics and strong analytical ability
- Intermediate to advanced Excel spreadsheet skills
- Ability to produce and explain financial and accounting reports
