Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support the financial health and operational effectiveness of the organization, the fully remote Finance Manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and enhancing financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management
• Lead the annual budgeting process and coordinate the annual external audit and corporate tax preparation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within a non-profit organization
• Three years of experience managing a team with responsibility for business results
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
• Experience with financial reporting and budget management
