Finance Manager
Job Summary
Partnering with market leaders, the full-time remote Manager, Market Strategic Finance will oversee monthly P&L performance, enhance financial reporting, and automate budgeting processes to support growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review monthly P&L performance and explain budget vs. actual variances
- Deliver and standardize monthly, quarterly, and annual market financial reporting across markets
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting process, including headcount planning
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance, preferably in start-up or healthcare settings
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems, and familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus
- Strong understanding of 3-statement models, GAAP, and P&L drivers
