Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the remote Finance Manager will own day-to-day financial operations, including monthly close, billing, payroll, and cash management, while collaborating with executive leadership to drive financial strategy and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Take over and manage all day-to-day finance operations, including monthly close and cash management
• Own financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, preparing accurate reports for investors and management
• Evaluate current workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements within the first 90 days

Required Qualifications

• Healthcare industry background, preferably in PACE or value-based care
• 5-8+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on FP&A and accounting
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment, building processes in lean settings
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial operations end-to-end with minimal oversight
• Familiarity with finance/accounting platforms such as Ramp, Rippling, or Sage
