Job Summary

Supporting a high-profile client in the financial services sector, the full-time Finance Manager will manage annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and strategic planning while collaborating with client leadership to drive informed business decisions remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and management reporting activities for the client account
• Provide financial insights and support strategic objectives by partnering with client stakeholders and business leaders
• Oversee day-to-day team operations, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or FP&A experience, including team leadership responsibilities
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to perform and interpret financial calculations
