Finance Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing agency, the fully remote Finance Manager will take ownership of financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, while collaborating closely with leadership to drive profitability and improve financial efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Lead annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes in partnership with department leaders
- Analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability to identify cost control opportunities and improve financial efficiency
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a finance management or senior finance position preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero
