Finance Manager
Job Summary
As a strategic finance partner, the full-time remote Sr. Manager, Finance & Value Realization will evaluate transformation investment requests, establish financial governance routines, and develop financial models to support enterprise transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate transformation investment requests, business cases, and funding proposals to assess financial performance
- Develop financial models, ROI analyses, and scenario assessments to support investment decisions and value realization
- Partner with FP&A and business teams to ensure transformation impacts are reflected in forecasts, budgets, and performance reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A, transformation finance, or related disciplines
- 3+ years of progressive leadership experience
- Experience developing business cases and financial models for transformation initiatives
- Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred
