Finance Manager
Job Summary
To support financial operations, the full-time remote Finance Manager will manage forecasting, budgeting, and monthly tracking of G&A operating expenses while preparing executive reporting and analytics for senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee total G&A management, including forecasting and budgeting across corporate functions
- Conduct monthly close and variance analysis, partnering with Accounting to resolve discrepancies
- Prepare G&A reporting and dashboards for senior leadership, utilizing AI and automation tools for enhanced insights
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in Healthcare Finance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Advanced understanding of mathematics and strong analytical skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel spreadsheet skills
- Ability to produce and explain financial and accounting reports
