Finance Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing finance team, the full-time Finance Manager will manage the development of forecasting models, produce financial reporting packages, and serve as a finance partner to Operations and Sales & Marketing, all while working remotely in IL, OH, MI, or IN.
Key responsibilities
- Own the creation and maintenance of doctor-level forecasts and support the execution of the Annual Operating Plan
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review packages that connect operational KPIs to financial outcomes
- Serve as the day-to-day finance partner, addressing financial inquiries and supporting physician compensation and production questions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative field
- 4-7 years of progressive experience in corporate FP&A, management consulting, private equity, or investment banking
- Demonstrated ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in a multi-site environment
- Advanced financial modeling capability and strong data fluency, including SQL proficiency
- Experience with cloud FP&A or enterprise planning platforms, with a preference for those who have supported system implementations
