Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support financial strategy and operations, the full-time remote Finance Manager will manage a team responsible for annual budget preparation, monthly forecasts, and strategic planning while overseeing accounting policies and controls.

Key responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team members
• Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff to meet departmental deadlines
• Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team performance
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
