Finance Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to own core accounting operations and build a scalable finance function in a full-time remote position, focusing on financial reporting, revenue recognition, and billing operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy in journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
• Manage revenue recognition in compliance with GAAP and resolve discrepancies proactively
• Oversee billing operations to ensure timely and accurate invoicing while collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, ideally in public accounting and high-growth companies
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, including financial statement preparation and revenue recognition
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and demonstrated proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT
• Experience with SaaS accounting or subscription billing models is strongly preferred
